Like most Aussie pet owners, I used to grab whatever leash or harness I could find from the local pet store. But over time, I started noticing the same issues again and again my dog was pulling, straining, and uncomfortable, and the gear I bought never seemed to help. The collars were tough on the neck, the leads would fray or snap, and even the “fancy” harnesses didn’t offer real support or control.

So I started digging deeper. I discovered that most walking accessories aren’t designed with a dog’s natural movement or comfort in mind they put pressure on the wrong areas, making walks stressful for both the dog and the owner. That didn’t sit right with me. Walks should be the best part of your day, not a battle.

That’s when I decided to create Good Tail.
